1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and beet100 ("beet100," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at beet100.vip. By creating an account, accessing, browsing, or using any service offered through the beet100 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the beet100 platform. beet100 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

The beet100 platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations governing casino-style gambling.
• You are a natural person — not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting in a representative capacity, unless separately authorized in writing by beet100.
• You are accessing and using the beet100 platform for personal, recreational purposes only and not on behalf of another person.
• Online gambling is not prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of access.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of a beet100 employee, affiliate, game provider, or technology partner.

3. Account Registration

To access beet100's gaming services, you must register for a personal account. The following conditions apply to your beet100 account:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account. Multiple accounts associated with the same individual, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address may be suspended or permanently closed.
• Accurate Information: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date at all times. beet100 is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You agree to notify beet100 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Non-Transferability: Your beet100 account, associated balance, bonuses, and loyalty points are personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other party.
• Philippine Mobile Number: A valid Philippine mobile number in the +63 format is required for account registration. This number will be used for OTP-based verification, withdrawal confirmations, and support communications.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the beet100 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: beet100 currently accepts GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Payment methods may be added, modified, or removed at beet100's discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum single transaction limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: Verified accounts are eligible for withdrawal processing. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. beet100 reserves the right to conduct additional security and identity verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal.
• Anti-Money Laundering: beet100 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. beet100 may request documentation to verify the source of funds.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal in bad faith with respect to any deposit made to your beet100 account constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

beet100 offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, fully registered beet100 accounts only. beet100 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, minimum odds (for sports bets), and expiry timers are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• beet100 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means will be voided and the associated account suspended.
• Bonus abuse — including collusion, use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, use of automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or any other conduct deemed manipulative — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on beet100 are operated using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect long-term statistical averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes. The following rules apply to all gameplay:

• Game-specific rules are published within each game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a wager.
• beet100 will not be liable for any technical errors, connection interruptions, or malfunctions affecting a game session. In the event of a game malfunction, beet100 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player balances.
• Winnings derived from wagers that were placed in error — including wagers placed during a known software error or vulnerability — may be voided by beet100 at its discretion.
• beet100 uses SSL encryption and fraud detection systems to monitor for irregular betting patterns. Suspicious activity may result in account review and temporary suspension of withdrawal capabilities pending investigation.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the beet100 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or accessing beet100 while under 21 years of age.
• Registering or maintaining more than one beet100 account.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with games, place bets, or exploit the platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping in poker, or any form of coordinated cheating.
• Using the beet100 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal purpose.
• Accessing beet100 using a VPN, proxy, or other IP masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or platform security measures.
• Sharing your beet100 login credentials or allowing any other person to access your account.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such vulnerabilities must be reported to beet100 support immediately.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

beet100 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; suspected underage gambling; and at the request of the account holder.

Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., not closed due to breach of Terms), any remaining eligible real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, after deduction of any applicable processing fees and subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon account closure unless otherwise required by applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the beet100 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of beet100 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the beet100 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the beet100 platform without express written authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, beet100 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the beet100 platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gambling funds resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or unauthorized access to your account.

beet100's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your beet100 account in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form or cause of action.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

beet100 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the beet100 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction.

12. Responsible Gaming

beet100 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The following tools and resources are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits to cap your maximum losses within any given period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic reminders to alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days at any time from your account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the beet100 platform by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

13. Amendments to Terms

beet100 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice on the beet100 platform, at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change where practicable. Your continued use of the beet100 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the beet100 platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
